Calling all Mortgage Brokers! I need a pre-qual!

Does anyone know anybody that can get me a pre-qual for a home loan? I'm looking at getting a new home very soon (within the next 30 days) and wanted to know if anyone can set me up with a good broker that can get me a prequal letter. I've been looking around for home but don't want to go in without a prequal letter. I think that "ladyjaye" if I'm not mistaken is in this field but I'm not sure. We had used Synovus and are currently in the process of closing. We've had good luck with our broker, Chris Garmon. He is located in Cumming GA right off of 400, and was able to get everything ready to close super fast. I went into it knowing nothing about buying a house and everything was explained pretty well. I would highly recommend him, we "shopped" around for a few when we were looking for brokers. His office # is 770-887-6919
