i wish!! we work 10hr days i start at 3pm and work until 2am its hard to get up after getting off at 2 in the morning!

well i was thinking about the same time as yersterday. then if lorne makes it up we could take a break and meet up with him. so maybe meet at 8:30 at the QT then head up.

we'd trailer up too. last time we did the gap and rode we were almost stuck, rob had serious cord showing...fortunately a super awesome guy GAVE us a tire, we had to get to his house about an hour away, in Brasstown but that's fine! It was sunday....Wheelers opens, when he gets there on Monday and we really had planned on getting an early start...no more riding up....

I'm also thinking of sticking around....just saving the $ on the rooms. I know the store isn't expensive and if 2 others went and we split the room its only like...$30....

i think its too hot to stay at kickstand. they are bunk houses w/o AC....but the price does include beer and food lol...

let me know I might be up to helping . Not sure about next weekend tho...I've stayed at Fontana in 05 and the room's were decent but a remodel was in store so hopefully better quality room's.

the cabins are rustic...lol i stay there every year in July...currently booked july 23-28....I'm a pretty princess when it comes to rooms but i love fontana!!!!

Oh I forgot to say I had a wild turkey come flying off the side of richard russell and almost hit me in the head!! Man I think somebody might be trying to tell something!?!? If I have one more animal encounter im selling my bike!! Lol

I enjoyed it also. Can't wait until next time. The turkey incident was really strange. I probably would have dropped my MC if he had done that to me. :)

oh we had turkey vultures dive on us in Florida...and i've hit several birds...little ones, but i've always had a bird fear anyway....so now Im way terrified of birds when I'm riding...
Did you see the races from Miller last week w/ the seagulls on the track?! ugh I woud have died.
