WERA Racing at Road Atlanta June 25-26!!!

Right in your own back yard will be some of the best racing you can see!!! 30 minutes from Atlanta. Wera will be at Road Atlanta this weekend. Solo races on Saturday, Sprint races on Sunday. All racing starts at noon each day. Come out and enjoy the race while supporting the sport!!! Entry gets you access to all parts of the track including the pits! I'm in for A superbike, A superstock, and Formula 1 on Sunday. Gotta tame the bimmer! Who else is coming?

We're thinking about bringing the kids up. If my Geritol kicks in I'll put the ez-up in T3 and hang the GSB banner on it. :)

Yep. me and Justin hung out for a while, and stood in turn 12 with our mouths wide open as Opie wheelied DOWN the hill into 12 lap, after lap, after lap. and i mean nearly ALL THE WAY DOWN!! unreal!!

well...truck was spitting diesel upon arrival at the track Thurs night. Wallet got stolen Friday morning. Lost phone in the rain Friday evening.

Got 1st in race 3, fuel pump died in race 8 so managed a 7th, changed the pump in time for race 10 and got a 2nd..... so some good with a ton of bad...

Was there working I was a Corner Marshal in turn 5 the center station to those that were there TY for a great weekend was some really good racing, to any I had to help sorry your weekend went that way but happy I could help!
I should be working at most WERA events so hope to see ya out their.
I will be working this weekend at Road A for the track day so any planning to go don't be afraid to say Hi to us guys in white :P !

I always do!!! Thanks for being there to pick us up! I was on a red/black bmw...catch any of my wheelies going from T5 almost all the way to T6? Had one up as I passed a guy in race #3. Might have distracted him a bit as he looked over and saw it I think.... That dang front wheel gets SO light out of 5 and 12. Rode one through 3 gears past the start/finish bridge in practice. Sad thing is, I suck at wheelies, I can't do one on purpose!

As a matter of fact I did my station was at the exit of turn 5 going up hill I believe I saw you and your BMW not only on the track but in the Pit I was in the Pit for Sunday's 2 hour lunch even made the riders meeting :P .
