I am trying to figure out on leather sizes and what I would wear being a 5.10 225lb rider with a 38 pants size. I was thinking 1 piece suits would be like your pants size but after doing some reading that is not the case so what sizes would I need to order?

You're probably look at a 48ish. I'm 5'10" 180lbs, 32in waist and I squeeze into a 42.

46-48 .. might be a little tall on you though but all depends on the make.. if i had to guess id say a 46.. i am 5'11 190 and size 44..

Two ways to approach this;

Go to a local shop and try some suits on to get sizing info by brand, different mfg's size differently.

Contact a good sales rep at any good gear store and they should size you to the suit/mfg you want by your height and weight.
