weekdays off?

so who has weekdays off for riding? .....sometimes I have to work weekends and only have the weekdays for riding...just wondered if theres anyone else?

I dont. Wish I did though. Last year when I was out of work slowmo and I went up into the mountains and had a blast.

I work for my self and usually have days off during the week when I don't have work or if I know in advance I can not schedule work if there is the
possibility of going on a ride, which I'd much rather ride during the week when there is less traffic.

Last Fri. wife and I rode up to 129-75-1/2 RRR-75>NC back 129 to Gainesville. Normally if we have a day off in the week I set to Mon or Fri. This Fri we're doing 52 to Ft. Mt. but we're staying the night with family. Shoot me a pm when you're off. I'm sure Ginger would welcome a girl along.

I have every weekend off and I ride somewhere every saturday :D But sometime my work load is slow in the week, so sometime I ride on weekdays, let me know when you ride and I will see if I can. :rocker:

On my way up one day last January, it was 36 degrees, then it got up to 55 later on. I just wear layers - works for me.

I'm up there on Friday - maybe the rain on Thursday will wash off most of the pollen

Ok, now I'm really confused - who's Shell? Are you talking about Shelli Langstom, the girl I was riding with last year? She lives in Oregon now and she's about 120, not 400 but she does prefer top, definitely.

Well weather.com puts it at about 50 degrees that time of day. That is perfect riding weather, you don't know what you are missing out on.

I'm looking forward to this ride - I haven't been up there in a couple of months.

Folks you gotta remember, soon, it's going to be SO STINKIN HOT! I'll still be up there riding when it gets up to 90+, but it won't be nearly as fun as riding in weather like we'll have tomorrow. In the summer you really have to stop frequently to get cooled off and rehydrated - it's not "as fun"

Well ya'll missed a really, really great ride.

I met three guys and we all rode together - it was one of the best riding days of my life, honestly. Ya, a little chilly on the way up but what a great, great day.
