Netbook question...

Found out this morning that my daughters 9 month old netbook (Asus) has a cracked screen :(.

Any chance it could be replaced for less than the cost of a new netbook, and if so, who does that kind of thing?

Very doubtful. If you could order it anywhere I would be on TigerDirect, they have a physical store up near Jefferson, or Fry's.

Most likely not. I had to put a screen in my brother-in-laws laptop (I bought it and did the work) and it was about a $140 for just the screen (17" dell though). Your other option is that I have an Asus 1000HA that I have been thinking about selling, if you are interested in that just shoot me a PM.
