The last couple days have been beautiful so I went out to ride the loop and check out RRR. I had almost no issues with gravel around the whole loop. What gravel wasn't washed away from the storms on Sunday for the most part has been blown off of the road. 60,129, and 180 were clear. Be careful at the intersection of 129 at Turner's Corner though as there is a pretty big patch in the middle of the road that you'll hit if you aren't paying attention. Other than that the roads were great. Unless we get another wave icy weather I'd expect the roads to stay in this condition.

For shits and giggles I went out to Richard Russel Scenic Raceway to see the road closure. There is a little sign with a flag at the intersection with 180 but you wouldn't notice. There is a ROAD CLOSED sign in the middle of the road once you get past the houses. It is just over the brow of a hill so if you aren't paying attention you'll plow into it. There is PLENTY of room to go around if you want, just don't get caught. Watch out bicycles, they are all over RRR because of the limited traffic and I can't blame them.

I didn't see any GSP or LEOS's but I'm sure they will show up starting around April.

Its about time we got some nicer weather and roads. Have fun out there.

Was up on 129 yesterday evening, around 6:00 and saw 2 leo's in a span of 5 minutes. One was just sitting towards the bottom, dunno if she was radaring or just chilling.

I was on the loop 3/24 and the conditions were great on 129 and 60 just like you said. I would say 180 didn't fair too well over the winter as the road itself is just bad....plus we hit some patches of gravel.
We saw 2 LEO's in the span of 2 hrs up there, both GSP on 129.
As for RR....we didn't see the road closure sign and came flying around that turn cresting that hill, BAM!! There it is.....you think they could do a better job of marking this, I'd say it is a huge safety hazard the way it sneaks up on ya. I'm new to those roads and didn't know hwy 348 is RR....now I do!!
