I hate when I try a new place and my lunch get botched. In the hospital I'm at they took out my beloved Bistro and put in a Subway and a Flamers. Subway is OK. People working here has less desire to work at this Subway than your normal "sandwich artist" and this place is a makeshift. Lines are like 20 mins long, or used to be. Anyways I decide to try Flamers today, haven't had a burger in a while and my BFF in DC was telling me about it so I said what the heck. I order a single bacon cheddar burger and small fry. I'm eating the burger, reading the board and I happened to look down and the burger was medium to medium rare. Now I order my burgers medium well to well done depending on where I am and if they are quality fresh burgers, these are frozen patties which is a nono. I said f it and just took the burger off leaving the bacon and the rest of the toppings. I look at the cheese and its American, not cheddar. They must dont think anyone knows the difference. smh

The order wasn't placed wrong. They didnt cook the darn burger.
