i have and 06 gsxr 600 and the gauges stopped working the speedo reads 0 the FI is on. checked dealer mode and it reads C00. also when riding once the rectifier gets warm the bike cuts off and will not start back unless i push it off even if i let it cool off it will not start by pressing the starter button.

O man, this could be anything!
Speedo is probably the sensor gone bad or bad connection or cut wire.
FI code showing C00 is no fault code however there is a little dash next to the code C00 and it needs to be in the center. If its on top or bottom you need to adjust the tps.
The rectifier has nothing to do with the bike starting. You can take it out and the bike will start up.
The starting when hot issue is in the starter circuit. Either the starter is heating up and seizing or something in the starter gear is locking up when it heats up.

I don't have enough information to guess.
Define "won't start". Starter spins but engine doesn't fire? Starter doesn't spin? Just a big click?
There's a lot of common sense type checks that need to be done and more info that needs to be gleemed. Every thing you said is an issue but in the grand scheme it's seemingly unrelated issues and there's a lot of causes electrical, electronic and mechanical for all of them...
I'd have to see the bike or have you on the phone. And that call would start with "calm down.... now start from the beginning. Where did you get the bike and what have you done to it!"

I'm voting a dead/low battery or a bad ground :D
I'm voting a dead/low battery or a bad ground :D
pretty much what happened to Chad Dupree one year. Replaced the subframe after a crash, wire was pinched grounding out and killing the battery. Bike worked fine for about 2 sessions on the track till the battery died. Got all the same symptoms. We checked and sure nuff, battery was dead as hell. He went to the shop down the street from Tally, got a brand new battery, installed it, and 2 sessions later did the same thing. Checked and the battery was dead as hell. Checked charging system, once i saw the meter, he told me he'd just changed the subframe out, so we started hunting wires. Found one pinched and showing copper.
Problem solved.

That's why it's alway best to start with "what have you done" and not "this is what it's doing". Hahaha
