This will be the third time I have ridden with you all and I find myself enjoying Tally more than ever as a result. I finally decided to upgrade my suspension this week so it will be fun sorting it out in the bearable fall weather. I am also bringing a friend with me who has just started riding the track. He came with me to the last one in September as a spectator and attended the classroom sessions as well as the track tour at lunch. As a result he decided to sign up for this next one. Look forward to seeing you all again soon.

Bullshit! My 95 # mother used to rearrange an entire room with cherry wood furniture that was made in Germany all by herself.

Beside, you can ride the bike here and load it the day before and have Chris meet you at your house the day ya'll leave. Problem solved!

I just talked to my chief and I could only get off of work sat night, so I'll be there bright and early Sunday morning along with my wife, dog, and unborn child. I'll try to talk her onto heading over sat night, but I doubt she's going to want to camp since she's prego and all. She has a hard enough time just putting on her shoes.

killer day yesterday, so good to be back after a 2 yr absence and riding with guys i use to race with like sixx, stephen laphoon, steve c, todd clark and so on. met some new peeps also which is always fun. worst part is i want an R6 now after riding sixx's bike. anyone want to trade one for an sv650?:)

Dittos. Had a good day hanging out with everyone. Perfect weather made it even better. Finally met the Muffin Man. (So, now I can say, "Yes, I know the muffin man, the muffin man, the muffin man...: :D ) Good to see the Lazy Destroyer again, plus Mr. Clean, Highside, Todd, SFLaffoon, Mike & Julie, Pete, Ed, DaveB (enjoyed pitting next door btw, and walking the track - very informative.)

(edit) finally got a good mileage check on the Cummins. 15.6 mpg. Fuel cost for the trip was $55.54 (/edit)

Had a great time today. But I seemed to have missed meeting a few folks. Sorry, I guess the next time we all need to wear GSB shirts. Really wanted to put some faces to the names.

Started in Novice and bumped up to intermediate for the afternoon. Ran a good pace for the rest of the day but was pretty tired by the last session and cut it short. Felt it was better to park it than crash it.

Probably will be the last one for the year. So when 2012 gets plan to run a few more before the worlds ends! What date is the world ending thing scheduled for, 12/21/2012? Sounds like some more Tally, aBarber and maybe a Jennings day at least.

What an awesome weekend! It was great seeing you guys out there again. Weather couldnt have been better either. :up:
I worked with the novices all weekend and it is sooooo cool to see the progress people make from the beginning of a day till the end. I had the pleasure of working with flygirl and her new ride, watching and coaching her confidence back. Alicia , ive never seen you ride so smooth! You did GREAT! :up: Also worked with another lady who was doing her very first trackday ever, on a ninjette 250. To see her lose her intimidation to the track, relax and finally get comfortable was awesome. The smile on both of these ladies faces at the end of the day was priceless and is the reason I keep doing this stuff.

Back at work today and this old man is beat. I dont believe ive ridden as much as I did yesterday in several years. Even went out at the request of our resident photographer , www.highsidephoto.com for some hopefully good wheelie shots. Had one oh shit moment when I didnt get it set down in time and went into the carousel way too hot and thought I was gonna kiss the asphalt.

I want to thank all the GSBers that came out this weekend, event was one of our best as far as turn out for Tally! The weather was awesome, I too am a bit wore out, good to see some new and old faces out there!

Next and last event for the year will be 11/19 & 11/20, don't miss out!

Had a great time hanging out. Good seeing you again Steve. Met a few new faces, Highside, Mr Clean & Sanee, & a couple others. I'm pretty bad with names though! I stayed mostly at the Farmhouse turns and enjoyed watching everyone go 'round, saw lots of improvements in the groups. Todd, sorry I couldn't say hi but when I walked around the pits you looked a bit busy. I'll probably show up at the track again so I'll catch up with you then :cheers:

I had a blast and im still smiling...I get so excited when I do track days and make a little progress...like a little kid at christmas...thanks so much todd for your help and pete for putting on a great track day...I cant wait to do more...and was also great to meet more gsbers...thanks also to wayne and six for offering to help with the bike..everything worked out for me..all you guys are great and I appreciate it!

I was at tally sunday to. i think we were parked right across from Topher. I was the other white r6 with red seats. flygirl, my offer still stands to trade my gray mid, tank cover and tail for your all white lol. I dont know that you heard me offer that deal or not we were staged and todd asked me to trade bikes and i said no but i would trade fairings with you . Anyway i had a great day we are planning on coming back in Nov. so hope to meet some of you then.

Yep, that was me and Wayne accross from you. I'm not sure if I'm going to make it for the November weekend... my wife is prego and working 90+ hours a week, so it makes it tough to get away. I'll try to figure out a way to make it though.
