I was driving up 85 towards Gwinnett @10:30 this morning and saw nearly a hundred bikers heading north.

They all seemed to be members of many different motorcycle clubs...outlaws, freedom seekers, and quite a few more but I can't remember the names along with some probationary/prospect guys.

It was kinda cool seeing all those bikes forming a long train in the HOV lane.

Just curious, anybody know what that was all about?

Coco and I are closing on a new town home in Norcross next week. I met our agent to do a walk through...can't wait to have a garage(two car no less) among many other things. I guess this makes us neighbors sorta.

I saw your comment about looking forward to having a house in the "where to park my bike" thread and I wondered if that's what was going on. Congrats! And yeah, not too far at all from me!

Yeah, I'd ask you to go riding, but I turned the 750 into a track bike. Hopefully I'll be able to pick something else up to tool around up in the mountains on. Gimme a shout anyway though..

Honestly, I'm still recovering from the rotator cuff surgery I had in December...it's going to be a couple of months before I can do much riding. I took Rachelle's GSXR around the neighborhood last weekend so I'm getting to the point where I can physically ride the bike, but it would still be a bad decision to get myself in a situation where I have to push/pull with that arm with any intensity.
Since I can't ride much, I'm planing on getting Rachelle to the track a couple of times this spring and summer (I'm actually thinking I might take the FZ and go through the novice class - it would be easier on my shoulder and I've never really sat through any of the classes so it would probably be a good experience for me) so either way I hope to see you before long.

Cool man...hope the shoulder continues to heal and returns to full strength. Let me know when and where you and Rachelle are going track wise and I'll try and coordinate.
