what do you think of Bell ?

I am thinking about getting a Bell RS-1 helmet.
    Anybody have one ?
Are they stable in tripple digits ?
Will a "star" track strip fit ?

I've been riding in a Bell Star the past 2 years. It's comfortable, flows good air, lighter than my old AGV. They've made quite a come back at the track, I see plenty of them around the paddock. Haven't crash tested it and hope I never do.

Never tried the RS-1, but have heard the same good things about them.

I have a Bell RS-1 and like it. got it from sportbiketrackgear.com I have never noticed an unstable problem with it. I would have no problem buying another one. Keep in mind when using Bell fitment chart the helmet is very tight till it breaks in.

Yep, I had the same problem with mine. I almost sent it back but it broke in quick.

I sent mine back in for the next size up. Wish I had stayed with the large. had to "tune" the padding for fitment in my replacement caus it was a smidge big when it broke in.
