    If I were a happy customer, why should I expect anything for free? Maybe, since you were happy with the purchase.... you could BUY a t-shirt to say thanks for the service and taking care of me.

    it's kind of like the nesba tee shirts. you were supposed to get a tee shirt with your membership, but a lot of people never did, but they sold them at the track.

    i'm sure there's a study somewhere that shows that giving out free merchandise is a poor form of advertisement when it comes to return for your money, but it's something to freaking yak about on here.

    well, anyway, if you need a new bike go to Cycle Nation. they will quote you a price and that is what you will pay. unlike some other dealers that add fees after you come in.

    What's worse is when places wanna charge you $18 for a shirt to advertise for them! IMO the tshirts should be free. They're getting at least a small amount of exposure from it. Besides...free tshirts make great work attire.

    I generally remove the dealer sticker off my cars but give me a free shirt and advertise for them.
